Writer Document views

Writer has three ways to view and edit a document: Normal, Web, and Full Screen. To change the view, go to the View menu and click the required view.

Normal view

Normal view is the default view in Writer. It shows how the document will look when you print it or create a PDF. In Normal view, you can use the Zoom slider and the View Layout icons on the Status bar to change the magnification. you can hide or show the headers and footers and the gap between pages.

Web view

Web view shows how the document will look if viewed in a Web browser. In Web view, you can use only the Zoom slider. The View Layout icons on the Status bar are disabled, and most of the choices on the Zoom & View Layout dialog are not available.

Full Screen view

In this view, no toolbars or sidebar are displayed; the document takes up the full area available, To exit Full Screen view and return to either Normal or Web view, press the Esc key or click the Full Screen icon on the floating toolbar in the top left-hand corner. You can also use Ctrl+Shift+J to enter or exit Full Screen view.

पूर्ण स्क्रीन दृश्य
