File and Folder Management-
The operating system manages how data is organize into files and this make easier for user to see files using file viewers programs like windows File Explorer. OS using file system to manage and access files on your computer. You can use File Explorer for a variety of tasks. In addition to management and organization of files and folders, it also used to view and manage the resources of your computer such as internal & external storage, optical drivers.
Types of File Extensions-
A file has two parts, the is the name of file and the second is the extension of file. Name is optional and usually given by the user but sometimes it may use the default name and extension define the file type. For example myfile.docx is a document file.
