Text Formatting in MS Word



TEXT FORMATTING -

The Font Group allows you to change your text font style, size, color and many other elements. 

Steps:
  1. Select the text which you want to format
  2. Choose the font name, font-size or color which required
  3. Font Family
  4. Increase/Decrease Font Size
  5. Text Color
  6. Bold/Italic/Underline/Strikethrough/Superscript/Subscript
  7. Change Text case
  8. Clear all formatting
  9. Highlight Text


CHANGE TEXT CASE-

You can change the case of selected text in a document by clicking a single button called Change Case on the ribbon. Following cases are available in MS Word.
  1. Sentence case
  2. UPPERCASE
  3. lowercase
  4. Capitalize Each Word
  5. tOGGLE cASE

(Shift+F3) key used to switch from lowercase to upper and capitalize each word its work vise-versa.
