Insert Picture, clipart, shapes, SmartArt

To insert a picture shapes chart clipart or SmartArt in Microsoft Word, follow these steps:

1. Open MS Word and click on the page where you want to insert the pictures, clipart, chart and SmartArt.
2. In the "Illustrations" group, click on the "Pictures" button if you want to insert a picture, choose insert a picture from your computer, or from an online source, or from other options available in the drop-down menu. Select the desired option and follow the prompts to insert the picture.
3. You can also apply additional formatting options to the picture, such as adjusting brightness, contrast, and color, by using the options available in the Picture Tools Format tab.
4. If you clicked on "Shapes," a gallery of various shapes will appear. Select the shape you want to insert into your document. you can resize and position it as desired.
6. To insert a chart, clipart or SmartArt, click on the "Insert" tab again, and this time, click on the "clipart" or  "Chart" or "SmartArt" button in the "Illustrations" group.
7. In the clipart or Chart or SmartArt gallery, choose the desired chart or SmartArt style by clicking on it.
